About me
Sarah Doyle is the Executive Director of the North Olympic Salmon Coalition, where she has spent the past 17 years leading community-based efforts to restore salmon habitat and strengthen watershed health across Washington’s North Olympic Peninsula. She is known for building strong partnerships and is deeply committed to educating and inspiring the next generation of environmental stewards.
Sarah’s interest in wildlife conservation was shaped early through her work with the Smithsonian’s National Zoo, where she studied human-elephant conflict in Southeast Asia. This was an experience that deepened her understanding of the connections between people, wildlife, and ecosystems. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy, with a minor in Biology, from Sweet Briar College in Amherst, Virginia.
Outside of work, Sarah is an avid explorer of the Pacific Northwest, often hiking into remote alpine lake basins and spending time observing wildflowers. Her connection to these landscapes continues to inspire her commitment to protecting them.
