About me
Jan Hein is a freelance writer/photographer and ocean sailor. Her work has appeared innumerous publications including Classic Boat, Wooden Boat, All At Sea, 48° North, andSail. She served as press reporter for Antigua’s Classic Regatta, and is a frequentphoto contributor for Northwest Maritime Center events. Jan has logged over 70,000miles aboard Woodwind, a 34’ gaff ketch.
